Installation
We use professional installation groups to deliver your product. Our installers are trained to provide
installation per the manufacturers directions. We provide a full punch list at the time of completion. A large
majority of our installations are new construction, so we are comfortable working alongside other trades.
We are also used to working with small time frames. It is our goal to successfully complete all installations
with little disruption to the University.

- Free digital photos documenting daily install progress from an on-site supervisor
- Status reports with progress against plan
- Resolution of punchlist items and freight claims with factory representatives
- Access to union, non-union and MBWE installation crews
- Furniture reconfiguration
- On-site supervisor conducts final walk through to ensure quality satisfaction
Warehousing
Are you downsizing or have you run out of your own storage space? EFS can store your items at our
warehouse facility until you need them, and deliver them back to you at your convenience. Our warehousing
capabilities also allow us to receive your product orders when the manufacturer is ready to deliver it, but
allows you to schedule your job for installation when it is convenient for you!
